Where can I find it? Translate tab
The system automatically translates all the default text in the interface (such as the names of the months, the days of the week, or buttons such as "Book now" or "Next").
However, any custom content you enter in the dashboard, such as the service title, ticket names or the body of the confirmation email, will not be translated automatically.
To ensure your widget is fully translated, simply go to the Translate tab and manually add translations for your text. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to install the widget on your website in the relevant language.
Changing the language of your dashboard via Company >>> Business Info does not translate your widgets. The system will always use the language in which you originally created your account as the default. To translate your services and widgets into other languages, you must do so manually via the Translate tab.
For your convenience, you can watch this short video on how to manage translations:
How to Translate Content
Step 1: Add Translations
Go to the Translate tab and, in the "Translate texts to" box, select the language you wish to add. You can also filter by a specific service in the "Filter by service" box.
You’ll see a brief legend to guide you, indicating what each field corresponds to (service title, email body, etc.). Simply enter the equivalent text in the new language into each translation field.
Email Body Translations
When translating the body of your emails from the Translate tab, whether for a specific service or for the global template under the Company tab, you'll notice that the content in the original language is displayed with HTML tags.
It's important not to copy and paste the HTML tags directly from the original language, as they will appear as plain text (for example, <p> or <strong>) in the email received by your customer.
If you need to copy formatted content, click the HTML Source button to switch the editor from text formatting mode to HTML code view, paste the content, and then click HTML Source again to switch back and display it with the correct formatting.
Additionally, it's important not to confuse these HTML tags with placeholder tags (such as %name%). Placeholder tags must be kept exactly as they are, as they are variables that the system automatically replaces with the corresponding customer or booking information.

Step 2: Get the Installation Code
Once the translations are complete, go to the Services tab >>> PX (Desired service) >>> Widget Installation or to Services >>> Categories, and select the desired widget.
From the drop-down menu, select the language into which you have just translated your texts. The system will automatically generate the widget code in that language below, and you can then install it on your website.
If you need help adding it to your site, you can consult this section of our Help Centre to find out how to integrate the widgets into your website, depending on your CMS.
Once installed on your website, the widget will automatically be displayed in the language of your choice.
