From your TuriTop's dashboard
Once logged in to your TuriTop's booking system dashboard, go to the more button [+] >>> Email Log:
You have three options criteria to filter by:
- Booking ID
There are several columns in the search area that offers information about the confirmation email, these are as follows:
- Date Sent: indicates the date the booking was made and the message was sent.
- Type: type of message sent.
- Status: This indicates if the message was bounced, sent, delivered, failed, etc.
- Receiver: here you'll see the recipient's email address.
- Subject: generally, the message "your booking" followed by the service name in TuriTop.
- Booking ID: this is the booking number related to the confirmation sent.
- Email Body: from here you'll be able to see the confirmation email body.
Search by filter
If you want to search by date, simply enter the date you need to search by and click on search:
In contrast, if you need to search by Booking ID, look for a booking ID and enter it in the search field and click on search:
Finally, when searching by email address, enter a valid email address and click on search:
