The Booking Form (Global)

You can edit the Booking Form from either the Company tab or at the Service level. To learn how to configure it in either location, please refer to this article.

Set up the booking form globally for all your services via the Company tab. If you need to customize the data collected for a specific service, go to the Booking Form section of that service and uncheck the box "Use company default form".
