You can send a payment link to your customers once a booking has been made and hasn't been paid.
In order to send a payment link, bookings must meet the following requirements: A payment gateway must be active, the booking status must be Pending and the customer email has to be valid.
Step 1: go to your bookings tab
Locate the customer's booking you wish to send a payment link to and click on the (1) edit icon, (2) select Status to Pending and (3) click on Save :
Then, on the same booking, click on the email actions icon:
Choose Request payment by email:
Step 2: configure payment properties
- Select a Payment Gateway
- Select the amount (can be changed here)
- Edit the email if necessary
- Set the max time for the link to be valid
- Click on send
