Refunds in TuriTop are made manually from the Back-office. Here's a practical guide on how to do this procedure for any payment gateway.
Step 1: locate the booking
Go to your Bookings Tab and find the booking you'd want to refund. Next, click on the edit button and change the Booking Status to Cancelled:
To finish, click on the Save button . You'll find the booking has changed in color and status:
Step 2: make the refund
To make the money refund, log into your Payment Gateway's Dashboard and make a refund. If you're unsure of how to make a refund in your payment gateway, contact their support channel or visit their help center for more information.
