Where can I find it? Company >>> Channel Manager
Once you have opened your Redeam account, you will have to connect with your TuriTop booking system to share the availability in real-time between both platforms.

The first thing you will need to do is log into your TuriTop's control panel >>> Company tab >>> Channel Manager >>> Redeam>>> Click on Active.
In this step, you will need to go to your More tab >>> Redeam >>> Ticket mapping. Here, select a product and then you will need to select a ticket type in TuriTop that corresponds to a similar one on Redeam, since tickets are fixed and in TuriTop, ticket types are customizable.
Once you have mapped all your tickets, click on Save button and, also, click on the Enable this service for Redeam checkbox.
Go to the next menu, Redeam >>> Net Prices, then select the product you want to connect with from the select and click on Add net prices button and add the net prices for your tickets.
There, you have 3 options to choose:
- Fixed amount: Select this option when your net price is fixed as you don't have neither price variations nor discounts.
- Percentage of price after discounts (Retail): Select this option if your service has a price variation / discount and you want to display your net price after applying a percentage from the retail price.
- Percentage of price before discounts (Original): Select this option if your service has a price variation / discount and you want to display your net price after applying a percentage from the original price (no discounts / price variations applied).
Once this action has been done, go to Redeam >>> Catalog changes >>> select your service and submit the Net Prices.
Finally, go to Redeam >>> Channel Manager, select your service, select the Channel Manager that you want to connect with, select the net prices that will apply and click on Add button.
