When you use your own server to send the confirmation emails some problems may arise. However, before contacting us, please check on a few things so we can tackle the problem better.
Note that we do not have access to your email server so checking for problems is harder without your collaboration.
- In your control panel, go to company / integrations and check if the fields are correctly filled. Sometimes the smallest mistake is the one causing problems.
- Go to your service and check under default settings that the email where confirmation emails are sent is correct. Sometimes in older services we forget to change emails to receive bookings.
- Log into your email and check if the email was sent. If you copy the reservation number on the search field the email should appear as a result. If it was sent then the service is behaving correctly.
- Check the SPAM folder. There is the possibility that sometimes the email is not sent because of problems with SPAM. Check if it is there.
