How to locate and understand your transaction fees
Step 1: Locate the section in the dashboard
To find all bookings that have been subject (or not) to transaction fees, go to your TuriTop dashboard and navigate to the More tab>>> Transaction Fee.
Step 2: Filter your fees
Once in this section, you can filter your fees by month, booking ID, or applicability (with or without commission).
Step 3: Analyze the results
Once the filters selected in the previous step have been applied, a table with the breakdown of transaction fees will be generated. In this section, you will have several detailed data points available in columns:
Booking Short ID: The booking locator subject (or not) to transaction costs.
Booking Prices: The total amount of the booking used to calculate the transaction fee.
Fee Reference Date: The date of the event for which the booking is held.
Fee Type: Indicates the type of commission applied. You will find three variants depending on your plan: "Percentage" for percentage-based fees; "Fixed" for fixed fees per transaction; or "None" if the booking is not subject to transaction costs.
Fee Value: The value configured according to your plan (either the percentage or the fixed amount) used for the calculation.
Fee Amount: The final amount resulting from applying the commission type and its value to the booking price.
Last Updated Date: The date of the most recent edit to the commission amount. This data may vary according to changes in the booking's life cycle.
Last Updated by: Indicates who generated the transaction fee. By default, "turitop" and "system" will appear for fees calculated automatically by our system.
Additionally, at the bottom of the table, you will find the total amount of commissions corresponding to the selected period.
