1- How to set it up
Please go to Services tab >>> choose your service >>> Payments & Taxes >>> Payment link by email.
2 - Make a manual booking and send payment by email
Go to Calendar tab >>> select the service, day and hour you want to make a booking >>> click the orange + button.
Once these 3 conditions are met, click to "Request payment by email". You will see this screen where you will be able to set up the maximum duration of the payment link.
3 - Edit an existing booking and send payment by email
Any booking can be edited so you can send a payment link to confirm the booking. First go to any booking and click to the edit button .
Then click the invoice icon. Three buttons will show, click "Request payment by email". There you will also be able to edit the maximum duration of the payment link.
Once your client receives the payment link by email, he/she will have the hours you have configured to make the payment and confirm the booking. After that time, the booking will change status (from pending to canceled), freeing the seats that have occupied and, therefore, will become available again.
