Meta’s call-to-action buttons are essential tools for improving communication and interaction between your business and your customers. By setting them up, your users will be able to book services directly via your TuriTop booking system, make purchases or get in touch with you easily via Messenger or email.
We recommend checking out this article from Meta's official documentation on how to add a call-to-action button to your Meta page.
How to Set Up the Button
Step 1: Go to your Meta Business Page
Log in to Facebook, switch to your Business Page profile (make sure you’re not on your personal profile) and go to your business’s home page in the Meta suite.
Just below your cover photo, look for the three-dot button:
From the list of call-to-action options that appears, select "Sign up":
Step 2: Set up the Booking Destination
In this step, you’ll need to paste the URL of your service or category from the TuriTop Booking System, or from the website where your booking calendars are installed, to link it to Meta’s "Sign up" button. If you wish, you can check this article for the various TuriTop direct booking links that you can use as the destination (multi-service daily widget, single service, category, etc.).
We recommend using the URL of the page where you have integrated the services into your own website. This way, your customers will be able to book multiple services or purchase other products during the same visit. Furthermore, directing as much traffic as possible to your own domain is a major strategic advantage, as it helps to keep users on your site and greatly benefits your website’s SEO ranking on search engines.
Once you have clicked "Save", the call-to-action button will be configured and will appear as follows:
