Where can I find it? Company >>> Default settings >>> Success screen preferences >>> Custom booking success URL
In this article, you will learn how to set up a custom thank-you page. This way, you can direct your customers to a page you’ve designed yourself, rather than using the default page provided by TuriTop when they complete a booking via the booking widget.
Remember to enter the relevant URL for each of the languages you have enabled in your booking widget, to ensure the redirect works correctly across all versions. You can easily make this adjustment from the Translate tab. Also, please note that when you activate an external page, the "Extra notes" configured in your dashboard will not be displayed. This is because these notes are designed exclusively to appear on TuriTop’s default thank-you page.
To enable this feature, go to the Company tab >>> Default settings >>> Success screen preferences >>> Custom booking success URL. Here, enter the URL of your page and tick the "Enabled" box.
Once configured, it should appear as follows:
Shared data
When the client is redirected to your custom success screen the following parameters will be shared through the URL.
- currency
- total
- shopping_cart_id
- multiclient_hash
- product_short_id
- product_name
- booking_id
- link
- client_name
- client_email
- price
- fbpixel
- d (ticket URL)
- csid (company short ID)
- company_name
- lang
- buyer_email
For example:
https://www.turitop.com/thankyoupage?currency=EUR&total=22&product_short_id=P1&product_name=Test%20tour&booking_id=D1-230831-1&link=D1-230831-1/D164f078f231419/es/0/0/1&client_name=Test%20Client&client_email=test.client@turitop.com&d=https://app.turitop.com/booking/box/D1/ticket/&csid=D1&company_name=Demo%20TuriTop%20App&lang=es
If configured, this allows for the "Custom Thank You Page Code Generator" to read this data and share it with your marketing platforms.
The option "Include the customers' name and e-mail in the redirect URL" is selected by default, but you can toggle it to prevent sending the parameters: "client_name", "buyer_email", and "client_email".
