Keep in mind: the setup of this feature might require support from your Email provider.
Step 1: Log into TuriTop
The first thing you need to do is log into your TuriTop account in your back-office and go to Company >>> Components / Integrations >>> Customized email sender. Fill the Domain field (this is your domain name, e.g. yourdomain.com):
Step 2: fill in all necessary fields
Secondly, you'll need to enter the email address from which you'd like to send your emails to your customers and your company name (the one your customers will see and from which they will reply-to).
Step 3: add DKIM CNAME's
In this last step, you need to add each of the three registries in your DNS configuration as CNAME's. Copy and paste the name and value and paste it where your domain's documentation suggests you to.

- If you're a CdMon customer, click here.
- If you're a Microfost Office 365 customer, click here.
Keep in mind: authentication may last up to 72 hours.
Warning: if you have the TuriTop's 3rd party email server option activated, you need to disable it prior to activate the new domain feature from Company >>> Components / Integrations >>> 3rd party email server, otherwise, it won't work properly.
