How to configure the automatic review requests

Where can I find it? Company >>> Components/Integrations

Step1: go to your control panel

Log into TuriTop and go to Company >>> Components/Integrations >>> Automatic Review Requests.

Step 2: insert the URL

Now you just need to enter the URL which hosts your favorite review site.

Step 3: configure the waiting time

After activation, insert a holding time period after the activity has finished sending an email to your customer which includes the review request.

Step 4: activate the integration

From the same place mentioned above, click on "Enabled".

 Advice: you may enter several URL's, you'd just need to separate them with commas ",".

Step 5: (optional) exclude services

In order to prevent survey emails to be sent from any given service, enter in the following box all the services you'd like to exclude for this service (separated by commas).

Step 6: (optional) unqueue survey request email

If you think one of your customers won't give you a good review and you'd like the automatic review send to be canceled, go to Bookings >>> Select the booking >>> Email Actions>>> >>> Unqueue survey request email.

This is an example of the email that will be received by your customer which contains the review request. 

 Advice: you may check at anytime you want if the queue for these emails are being sent with our Email log tool. Learn more here.
