Where can I find it? Company/Service >>> Default settings >>> Custom booking success URL
In this article, you will learn how to set up a custom thank-you page. This way, you can direct your customers to a page designed by you, instead of using the default one provided by TuriTop, when they complete a purchase through the booking widget.
To activate this functionality, go to the Company tab >>> Default Settings >>> Thank You Page Preferences >>> Custom Thank You Page Link. Here you need to enter the URL of your page and mark the option as "Enabled".
Once configured, it should look like this:
When activating an external page, the "Extra Notes" configured in your panel will not be displayed. This is because these notes are designed to appear only on TuriTop’s default thank-you page.
Shared data
When the client is redirected to your custom success screen, the following parameters will be shared through the URL.
- currency
- total
- shopping_cart_id
- multiclient_hash
- product_short_id
- product_name
- booking_id
- link
- client_name
- client_email
- price
- fbpixel
- d (ticket URL)
- csid (company short ID)
- company_name
- lang
- buyer_email
For example:
https://www.turitop.com/thankyoupage?currency=EUR&total=22&product_short_id=P1&product_name=Test%20tour&booking_id=D1-230831-1&link=D1-230831-1/D164f078f231419/es/0/0/1&client_name=Test%20Client&client_email=test.client@turitop.com&d=https://app.turitop.com/booking/box/D1/ticket/&csid=D1&company_name=Demo%20TuriTop%20App&lang=es
If configured, this allows for the "Custom Thank You Page Code Generator" to read this data and share it with your marketing platforms.
The option "Include the customers' name and e-mail in the redirect URL" is selected by default, but you can toggle it to prevent sending the parameters: "client_name", "buyer_email", and "client_email".
Translations
Remember to enter the corresponding URL for each language you have active in your booking widget to ensure that the redirection works correctly in all versions. You can easily make this adjustment from the Translate tab.
