Where can I find it? Services.
In this article, we will take a detailed look at the Services tab in your TuriTop panel so that you can learn about all the tools and display options available to you.
Service List
Data
The global list of services has multiple columns with key data for your management. These indicators cover both your direct catalogue and the services integrated via Marketplace. Below, we detail the information you will find in each of them:
- Code: This first column shows the unique identification code for your service in TuriTop.
These codes are automatically generated consecutively according to their order of creation (P1, P2, P3, etc.). It is important to note that each code is permanent. Therefore, if you delete service P1, that identifier will never be generated again, maintaining the integrity of the records.
Likewise, in the case of resale services, the code you see on your panel will be different from that of the supplier or reseller, as these identifiers are completely independent for each account and panel.
- Name: This second column shows the name of your service on TuriTop.
This can be easily modified from the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service) >>> Service Details >>> Service Name.
- Category: This third column shows the category associated with your service.
This can be assigned from the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service) >>> Advanced Actions >>> Assign category to the service. Additionally, you can learn more about how to create and assign categories to your services and how to install a category widget in this article.
- Supplier: This fourth column identifies the service provider. Generally, if it is an activity you have created yourself, you will see your company name listed in this section.
However, if the service comes from the Marketplace, the name of the original supplier to whom you are reselling will be indicated here.
- Status: This fifth column identifies the status of the service. Generally, if it is a self-created activity, you will see two statuses: "Active", when the service is available for sale; or "Disabled", when the service has been manually disabled to prevent bookings from being entered from the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service) >>> Advanced Actions >>> Disable this service.
If the service comes from the Marketplace, three different statuses will be indicated here: "Pending approval", when the service has not yet been approved or denied for resale by the supplier; "Reselling XX%" when the service has already been approved for resale by the supplier, indicating the percentage commission applied; or "Request denied" when the service has not been approved for resale by the supplier.
How to Use Filters
If you manage a large catalogue of activities, the search tools in this tab will allow you to segment the results and quickly find what you need.
Below are the available filters:
- Name or Code: This search engine allows you to quickly locate any activity by filtering directly by its name or unique identification code.
- Supplier filter: This filter allows you to sort your results according to the service provider. In the case of your own activities, you will see the name of your company; if it is a resale service through the Marketplace, you can filter by the name of the original supplier company.
- Category filter: Using this filter, you can organise your results according to the categories assigned to your activities. The drop-down menu will show all the categories you have previously created that have at least one service linked to them.
- Order by: This selector allows you to organise the list according to two criteria: "Order by code", to classify your services numerically according to their unique identifier (P1, P2, P3...), or "Order by name", to view your activities in alphabetical order.
- Status filter: This filter allows you to segment the list according to the current status of the service. The available options are: "Active", "Disabled", "Reselling" or "Pending".
Once you have applied the desired filters, click on the "Search" button to update the list of results.
Create New Service
By clicking on the "Create new service" button, you can register your activities so that they are added to the list on your panel. Once created, they will appear in the list below, where you can access the settings for each one individually. For detailed information on how to create and manage your services, you can refer to this article.
Categories
Using the "Categories" button, you can organise and manage the tags assigned to your services for use with widgets by category. In this section, you will also find the installation codes needed to implement both the Daily Multi-service Widget and a button panel with all services.
