Keep in mind: Auto redeem voucher only has support for Standard/ Tour/ Activity services. For Open ticket services, the gift voucher that is generated cannot be redeemed, so your customers will have to contact you in order to redeem them.
Keep in mind: In order to sell gift vouchers an online payment gateway must be enabled. Bank transfers, payment by cheque, or payment on arrival will not be valid as a payment gateway.
Enabling the Gift Voucher
This feature is activated when you create new services and is not selected by default. To change this setup, please go to Services >>> Service >>> Edit >>> Gift Voucher. You will have three options available:
Configure Gift Expiration options
Time period: allows you to set a number of days after the gift has been delivered to be redeemed by the beneficiary.
Specific date: set a date as a deadline for the beneficiary to redeem the gift voucher.
Upload a background image to show on the Gift's email that will be received by the beneficiary.
Add extra notes to show to the beneficiary when the gift voucher is downloaded as a PDF file.
