If you run a seasonal business, you can pause your TuriTop subscription anytime, with no hassle and no cancellation fees.
All your data, settings, and bookings will be safely stored, ready for you to pick up right where you left off when your next season begins.
Your account can remain frozen for a maximum of 1 year. After this period, the preservation of your account and data is not guaranteed.Please make sure you are absolutely certain before freezing your subscription. Keep in mind that you will temporarily lose access to your tools and configurations, and when you return, you will need to subscribe to one of our current plans to reactivate your account.
What happens after freezing my account?
Once you request to freeze your account, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your account will be frozen after your current billing cycle ends. From that point on, you won’t be able to access your account, but rest assured, all your data will remain securely saved.
Can I reactivate my frozen account?
Yes, you can reactivate your account at any time.
If you prefer, you can also let us know in advance when you plan to return, and we’ll send you a reminder email to help you reactivate your subscription on the date you choose.
How to pause your subscription
Below, we explain how to pause your account according to your current subscription plan. Please ensure you follow the correct procedure so the suspension is processed successfully and to avoid any unwanted charges in the future.

How to pause your subscription on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans
If you have a Starter, Pro, or Enterprise plan, you can manage your account suspension directly from your TuriTop dashboard under the Company tab >>> Billing Information >>> Cancel account.
To process the freeze, select the option "I'm closing temporarily, I'll be back next season" when asked for the reason for cancellation. By choosing this option, a new field will appear where you can indicate your estimated return date and add any additional comments. Once the form is complete, click the "Confirm cancellation" button.
Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your account will be automatically frozen. Additionally, keep in mind that once this period ends, any outstanding transaction fees will be charged to your account. These fees include those associated with bookings made during the current month as well as bookings for future dates.
How to pause your subscription on old or discontinued plans
If you have a plan prior to the current line (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise), the suspension process is handled personally.
Please fill out the following form with your details. Once received and reviewed by our team, we will manually schedule the freezing of your account and confirm the process via email.
Additionally, keep in mind that when you return, you will need to subscribe to one of our current plans to reactivate your account.
