You can cancel your TuriTop subscription at any time, simply and without any additional cancellation fees.
Please note that, for security reasons, we cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf. Additionally, please ensure you are completely certain before proceeding, as this will result in the loss of access to your data, tools, and configurations. Before starting the process, we recommend contacting our support team at ayuda@turitop.com. We would be happy to resolve any doubts and explore other options that might better suit your current needs.
How to cancel your subscription
You can process the suspension of your account directly from the TuriTop control panel, under the Company tab >>> Billing Information >>> Cancel account.
Several options will appear under the question "What is the reason for canceling your subscription?". Please select the primary reason (for example: "I have closed my business" or "I continue my business but I'm changing to another booking system"). Depending on your choice, additional fields may appear to schedule the cancellation correctly and gather more details. Once the form is complete, click 'Confirm Cancellation' to finalize the process.
Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point the account will be automatically canceled. Additionally, we would like to remind you that for Starter, Pro, or Enterprise plans, any outstanding transaction fees will be charged at the end of this period. These fees cover both bookings made during the current month and those with a future event celebration date.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Once your subscription is canceled, no further charges will be processed. However, please be aware that your account will be subject to several restrictions: access to view or export data (including bookings, customers, and transactions) will be disabled; it will no longer be possible to register new bookings, whether manually or through your website; and any updates to settings, customers, or existing bookings will be blocked.
Can I reactivate my canceled account?
In the event that you wish to reactivate your subscription in the future, you simply need to log back into your account and go to the Company tab >>> Billing Information. From there, you can choose the plan that best suits your needs by clicking the "Select Plan" button and, once selected, complete the process by clicking "Subscribe."
