How to install TuriTop on Google Sites

In this article, we will guide you through installing the widgets for your TuriTop services on your Google Sites pages. Since Google Sites does not allow scripts to be added to the website's footer section, the installation must be done using a direct booking link or by embedding HTML code directly into the specific section of the page where you wish the widget to be displayed.

Installation with Direct Booking Link

To insert your calendar using a direct booking link, go to your Google Sites account and select the Site you wish to edit. Locate the specific section where you want to install the calendar and click on Insert >>> Embed. Two options will appear; choose "By URL" and paste your product link. Finally, click "Insert".

The link format should be similar to the following: https://app.turitop.com/booking/box/D1/P1/en.

Remember to change D1 to your company ID (which you can find in the upper right corner of your TuriTop control panel). To change the service, modify P1 to P2, P3, etc. If your service is available in multiple languages, navigate to the Translate tab in your TuriTop control panel to manage the corresponding translations. Once this is done, you can change the language code "en" in the link to the desired language code.

Installation with Embedded HTML

Step 1: Get the Service Installation Code

To insert your calendar using the embedded HTML code, you must first obtain the installation codes for the service you wish to publish. To do this, go to the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service), click the Widget Installation button, and copy the Widget Code and the Global Code.

If your service is available in multiple languages, navigate to the Translate tab in your TuriTop control panel to manage the corresponding translations. Once this is done, you can change the language of the widget code according to the desired language.

Step 2: Insert the Installation Code on a Page of Your Website

Once you have obtained these two codes, go to your Google Sites account and select the Site you wish to edit. Locate the specific section where you want to install the calendar and click on Insert >>> Embed. Two options will appear; choose "Embed code" and paste the codes obtained in Step 1. Finally, click "Insert".
