If you are not receiving your booking confirmation emails (if you are not using the custom email sender feature) from noreply@turitop.com, or our support emails from help@turitop.com, your email provider may be filtering them or sending them to your Spam or Junk folder.
To reduce the possibility of these emails being incorrectly filtered, we recommend adding our @turitop.com domain to your safe senders list (whitelist). Below, we explain how to do this step by step for the main email providers.
If you use a corporate email account managed by your organisation, these options may not be sufficient or may not be available to you. In this case, please contact your IT team or email administrator and ask them to add the turitop.com domain to the list of allowed senders.
Gmail (Google)
To prevent TuriTop emails from being sent to Spam in Gmail, you can create a filter:
- Open Gmail on your computer and click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner, then click See all settings.
- Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab and click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter:
@turitop.com - Click Create filter (next to the Search button).
- Select Never send it to Spam.
- (Optional) You can also select Always mark it as important.
- Click Create filter to save your changes.
You can check Gmail's official documentation here.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live (Microsoft)
In Outlook on the web, you can add the domain directly to your safe senders list:
- Sign in to Outlook on the web and click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Mail >>> Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.
- Enter:
turitop.com - Press Enter, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
If you use the Outlook desktop application: Go to Home >>> Junk >>> Junk E-mail Options >>> Safe Senders tab >>> Add >>> @turitop.com.
You can check Outlook's official documentation here.
Yahoo Mail
In Yahoo Mail, the most effective way to whitelist TuriTop is to create an incoming mail filter:
- Open Yahoo Mail and click the Settings icon (gear) >>> More Settings.
- In the menu on the left, select Filters.
- Click Add new filters.
- Give the filter a name (for example: TuriTop).
- Under the From rule, select contains and enter:
@turitop.com - Under Move the message to, select Inbox.
- Click Save.
You can check Yahoo Mail's official documentation here.
Apple Mail / iCloud Mail
Apple primarily manages safe senders through your contacts or mail rules:
-
From iCloud Web (icloud.com):
- Go to Mail >>> Settings (gear icon) >>> Settings or Preferences.
- Under Rules, click Add a Rule.
- Configure the rule as follows: If a message is from
@turitop.com>>> Move to Inbox. - Click OK.
-
From the Mail app (iPhone/Mac):
- If a TuriTop email is in your Spam or Junk folder, open it and tap or click the sender's email address.
- Select Add to Contacts or choose the option to Move to Inbox. This will help the system recognise TuriTop as a trusted sender.
