In this article, you will learn how to close specific event times, entire days, or whole months from your calendar.
If you want to perform a closure that affects all your services and not just one, you can consult this article on how to carry out seasonal or maintenance closures.
How to close individual events
To close a specific event, you must go to the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service) >>> Schedule >>> Close single events, full days or entire months.
Once there, insert the event's date and time in the corresponding boxes. Finally, click on "Close" to create the closure for this specific event.
This event closure will appear listed below. To reopen it, simply click on the corresponding red X icon.
How to close entire days
To close an entire day with all its events, you must go to the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service) >>> Schedule >>> Close single events, full days or entire months.
Once there, you only need to insert the event date in the corresponding box, leaving the time box as shown by default. Finally, click on "Close" to create the closure for this specific day.
This full-day closure will appear listed below. To reopen it, simply click on the corresponding red X icon.
How to close a whole month
To close an entire month with all its events, you must go to the Services tab >>> PX (Desired Service) >>> Schedule >>> Close single events, full days or entire months.
Once there, you will only need to insert the month and year in the date format in the corresponding box, leaving the time box as shown by default. Finally, click on "Close" to create the closure for this specific month.
This full-month closure will appear listed below. To reopen it, simply click on the corresponding red X icon.
When you close the events, you will still be able to see the bookings you already had for that date. Please note that these are not automatically cancelled.
