I have changed the availability or I have closed an event in TuriTop but it is not reflected in GetYourGuide
TuriTop and GetYourGuide are connected via API. The GetYourGuide availability call to TuriTop is updated once a day for the first 90 days. After this, your products will be updated once a week for a year. This means that availability changes must be made well in advance. You can get more information about this here.
Ideally, if you make an availability change, you should keep in mind that you should allow a few hours for it to be updated in the OTA.
I'm getting an error when connecting a product
If you're getting an error similar to Schedules Mismatch, you need to set up the starting times in TuriTop the same way you do in GetYourGuide, in order to avoid this message and be able to make the connection.
Tickets are mapped correctly but an error prompts in GetYourGuide
The "INFANT" ageband, must match a similar ticket type in TuriTop, if you already assigned an "ADULT" ageband, thus you need to create a ticket type in TuriTop exclusively for this purpose and it can be hidden in your web widget. Learn more about ticket visibility here.
