Manual Data Deletion: How to Delete Data?
In your TuriTop reservation system, you have a button that allows you to manually delete your clients' data (eraser icon ) without having to delete the bookings and lose the statistics of the sales you have made.
Step 1
You will find this button on any booking from the Bookings tab of your TuriTop control panel. Choose the entry where you want to delete the data, as in the example below, and click on the icon :

The system will prompt a warning asking you to confirm the action, as it cannot be undone. To confirm, click on "Delete customer data":
Once this is done, all customer data will be erased from the booking. Now you will have all the booking data, event and booking dates, booking number, status, tickets, etc, but without including the customer's personal data. For example:

In TuriTop it is also possible to program the auto-deletion of data. To do this, access the Company tab of your TuriTop control panel and select the Business info section. When you scroll down the latter, near the bottom, you will see the option "Delete customer info after".
You will have to enter after what period of time the reservations should be deleted, as shown in the following image:
The data will be deleted from the day the functionality is activated. It has no retroactive effect. So, if you activate it today by selecting 6 months as the deadline, it will start to be deleted six months from today.
Customer data will be deleted based on the booking date, not the date of the event. This date is indicated on the reservation, below the name of the service, with a green background.
