Step 1: authorizing your Google account
The first thing you need to do is go to your TuriTop Booking System control panel >>> Company >>> Components / Integrations >>> Google Sheets >>> click on Authorize:
After you click on "Authorize", a pop-up window from Google will show up asking your permission to connect with TuriTop, as depicted in the following picture:
Step 2: enable Google Sheets
From your TuriTop Booking System control panel >>> Company >>> Components / Integrations >>> Google Sheets >>> Click on "Enabled" as shown below:
Step 2-1: optional features
There is two optional feature you may use as you see fit:
The first one is selecting an event date to synchronize your bookings from this very date. From the Google Sheets integration panel, click on "Sync bookings from the following event date":
Bookings to be synced will be sent to the spreadsheets from the selected event date.
The second option is to exclude services. For example, if you don't want a service to be synced to the spreadsheets. From the same panel as explained above, insert all the services (if more than one, don't forget to separate by commas) you'd like to exclude on the "Exclude services" field box:
Step 3: Sync with your Google account
The next thing you'd like to do is click on Sync data:
Step 4: check the Google Sheets app
Log in to your Google Account (Gmail email address required) and open the Google Sheets app. You will find a newly created document named TuriTopBookingsData. Open it and you should see this document in the first place of the list:
This is a sample of how you will see the bookings synced with your Google Sheets:
