Where can I find it? Company >>> Resource Manager

This feature allows you to vary the quantity of available resources. You can make these changes on a weekly basis or for specific dates and date ranges.

Before you start

Step 1: Create or edit a resource

To create a resource from scratch, go to the Company tab >>> Resource Management. There, you should enter the name of your resource and click "Add."

If you already have one and want to vary the quantity, you can select it from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Configure seats and quantity

Next, you need to configure the resources you will have available to share among your services and the seats for each of them.

Seats: This is defined as the number of seats available on a resource. For example, if you have a jet ski (resource) with 2 seats available.
Quantity: This is the number of resources available to share among services. If you have 4 jet skis to share among various services, the number of resources is 4. This value is multiplied by the number of seats each resource has, giving a total of 8 seats in this example.

Weekly quantity variation

This feature allows you to vary the number of available resources per day of the week. The change you make will apply to every week of the year. You can enter any number into the fields.

In the following example, the variation is set to 2 for Tuesdays and Fridays. This could be because on those days, you have a second monitor or an extra jet ski available.

Daily quantity variation

This feature allows you to vary the number of available resources for any specific date or date range.

Daily quantity variation for a specific date: Select the specific date from the calendar that appears. Then, add the variation quantity and click "Add."

The variation will be shown as follows:

Daily quantity variation for a date and time range: By clicking on Date | Time Range, you will be able to display the time range option. Here, select the start and end dates and times. Then, add the variation quantity and click "Add."
