How to activate Apple Pay and Google Pay with Redsys

In this article, you will learn how to enable Apple Pay and Google Pay through Redsys. These payment methods are essential for increasing conversion rates, as they allow your customers to pay quickly and securely from their mobile devices.

To add Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment options in your Redsys payment gateway, you must be using its classic version (the one that redirects the customer to the bank's hosted payment page). This functionality is not compatible with Redsys InSite. Be sure to check which integration you are using before proceeding.

Mandatory Prerequisites

Before making any adjustments in the TuriTop panel, it is essential to complete these two steps:

• Have Redsys active: You must already have your integration with Redsys configured and operational. If you have not done so yet, you can consult this tutorial.
• Contact your bank: You must contact your bank (the entity providing your Redsys service) to specifically request the activation of Apple Pay and Google Pay via a redirect connection. These are managed as payment methods distinct from standard card payments.
