Using your TuriTop Online Booking Software is really easy and intuitive. Next, we show you the basics to start as soon as possible with all the needed set up.
The Control panel
Here is where you set up the information about your Company and the default info about the new Services to be created. Click here to see with more detail this section.
Add New Service: Each business is different and expects different things from an online booking system. Nevertheless, we have divided all possible cases into five different scenarios, so choose the option most similar to your needs for each service. Please see in the menu below more information about the different kind of services.
Categories: Here you can group services into categories to facilitate the navigation. Click here to know more about it.
Access to a MarketPlace where you can connect with all TuriTop's customers to resell their services for a commission, or for third parties to resell your services.
This is a chronological history of all the bookings received. The wide range of filtering options lets you get exactly what you are looking for. Check our Tutorial about the Booking Tab to know more about it.
Manage all your bookings from this tab, including your phone bookings, box office, and agencies. Bookings made on-line will appear automatically here, so you only have to add manually the bookings made by phone or in person. You can also delete/ modify bookings and close entire days or events when required. Here's how to learn How to Add Manual Bookings'.
The calendar is translated into more than 30 languages. However, we have added a section called Translate, in which, you can manually translate the text of each of your services.
Design your own calendar as you like. Change the background, colours, buttons, fonts, etc. You can change it yourself by adding CSS code or contact our support team for any questions you might have. You can change the design of your booking system.
Check how many sales you have had in a day or month, from what cities and countries they were made, or just revise earnings per day or country.
Contact support: If you wish to contact our support team, you must fill in this form. You will be able to upload images, specify date and time of an incident, etc. Every time you contact, a ticket is generated. This ticket will be useful to monitor your incidence.
New feature request: If you miss something in TuriTop, you must request it by filling in this form.
Reports: Create your own selling reports thanks to our reports generator. You can export these ones in an excel or CSV file.
Payment transactions: Easily search for money transactions made from your TuriTop Booking System's account. More info about this feature here.
Google Calendar: Synchronize all your TuriTop bookings with your Google Calendar. With this feature, you will be able to share your calendars with anyone you need to.
Users log: Here, it will be shown every action it has been made by your users on your TuriTop account.
Email log: This will allow you to control the errors or confirmation when sending emails to your customers. More info about this tool here.
Different types of services/products of your booking system
Every time you create a new service, TuriTop will recommend you which booking flow will match better the type of activity you have selected. If you want to configure your service using another booking flow, you can always change this one by clicking on ''Advanced'' and choose another one.
These are the types of booking flows:
Tour / Activity
On this type of service, you create one or more events so your customers can book for those specific events. For example, set events every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8.30 and at 14.30; and your customers will choose from the predefined times. Add your opening hours, such as Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. Then set a price per hour/minute. The booking system will keep track of everything so it will only let the end-user rent if there are enough resources available. Prices are calculated automatically depending on the start/end range selected by your customer. Click here to know more about How to configure a Rental Service.
These are the simplest services. Your customers do not need to choose a date at the time of booking, they just buy the ticket and have to use it before the expiration date you set. See How to configure here.
Event / Concert
